Publix Buy Theirs Get Ours Deals

By now, you know that we at Village Delivery love BOGO (Buy One Get One) deals.  Taking advantage of those sales are a great way to cut your grocery budget in half.  Publix offers a twist on the traditional BOGO deals with their "Buy Theirs Get Ours Free" deals.  These promotions are not only a great way to save a bunch of money, but they are also a great way to find out if Publix store branded items will meet your needs in the future.

Buy Theirs Get Our Deals work basically just like BOGO deals.  You pay full price for the first item, but instead of getting a second item of the same brand for free, your free item will be the matching Publix store brand product.

Currently, through May 1st, Publix has a BTGO deal on several products:

• Mt. Olive Pickles
• Lipton Tea
• Planter's Trail Mix
• Swanson Broth
• Heinz Ketchup

For each of these items you purchase, you will get the matching Publix store brand item for free!

Getting the free item not only saves you money today, but it might save you money in the future.  If you prefer a particular brand of a product, say Heinz ketchup, you can now find out if Publix ketchup will meet your needs in the future.   Having tried the Publix brand, you'll know if you will be happy buying the Publix branded item, should your favorite brand not be on sale.  Buying the store brand is a great way to save money if a national name brand item isn't on sale when you need it.
